November rates close 3 business days before each truck loads. Orders must be confirmed and paid for by then to secure space on the truck. Space is limited, first come, first served.
The special rate is applied after your order is placed and will not show at checkout.

When is the next truck?
November trucks load Mon 11/16 (TX), Wed 11/18 (CT) and Fri 11/20 (SC). See the schedule above for confirm-and-pay deadlines and arrival dates.
What can ship on the transfer truck?
Copiers, printers and wide format machines from our San Antonio, TX, Lyman, SC, and New Haven, CT warehouses.
How do volume rates work?
For November 2026, copiers are a flat sale rate per machine: $100 from SC and CT, $125 from TX. Printer rates are tiered by how many printers ship from the same warehouse (1–4, 5–9 or 10+). Wide format machines are a flat rate per machine.
Are accessories included?
No. Accessories such as external LCTs and buffer units are priced separately and added to your order by our Order Management team after it is placed.
How do I book?
Add machines to your cart and select “Transfer to FL” in checkout. Orders must be confirmed and paid for 3 business days before your route’s load date to secure space and the November rate. Your checkout total will show the standard copier rate; the special rate is applied after the order is placed. Space is first come, first served. Questions? Contact your sales rep.
